Bochum, June 17, 2008 – Deutsche Annington Immobilien Gruppe (DAIG, Bochum) has increased the size of its portfolio in the Ruhr region. The company has acquired 408 flats in Gelsenkirchen and 218 in Bochum from Deutsche Angestellten-Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft (DAWAG, Hamburg). The flats in Bochum are located in Altenbochum and were built in 1931 and 1952.
“Deutsche Annington is a socially responsible, long-term landlord.
