Dr Michael Bütter Chief Representative and Head of Legal Affairs and Shareholdings at Deutsche Annington Immobilien GmbH

Bochum, 9 April 2008 – Dr Michael Bütter (38) became chief representative and new head of Legal Affairs and Shareholdings (General Counsel) at Deutsche Annington Immobilien GmbH on 1 April.

Dr Bütter previously worked as a partner at the prestigious international law firm, Lovells LLP, where he headed the real estate department in Hamburg. There he looked after numerous well-known national and international investors, funds, banks and major companies, in particular with large-volume real estate transactions. Under the management of Dr Bütter, Lovells succeeded in building up a very successful real estate team in Hamburg, generating a high turnover. In addition to his wide-ranging transaction experience, including clients like Prudential, Bank of Scotland, Shore Capital, Lone Star, Sony and Philipps, Dr Bütter has in-depth knowledge of the finance and real estate industry.
