Deutsche Annington’s portfolio is now spread all across Germany in over 670 cities and municipalities. Roughly 67% is in cities with over 100,000 residents. The focus is on the Old Länder (95%), especially in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (50%,) which is the most populous state. In the New Länder, there is a focus on the metropolitan region of Berlin and in Saxony.
Deutsche Annington is present on location with seven regional subsidiaries, numerous customer centres and offices. In the customer centres, individual contact persons assist during the search for a flat to rent and provide support during the purchase of a flat.
