The Deutsche Annington Service GmbH stands by for residential property owners. As an administrator in accordance with the German Condominium Act, they tend to about 57,000 flats and 2,200 condominium owners associations. The Deutsche Annington Verwaltungs GmbH renders standardised services for all of the group’s subsidiaries, such as rental bookkeeping and utility costs invoicing.
