Deutsche Annington Acquires 3,400 Flats
Bochum, October 23, 2007 - Deutsche Annington Immobilien Group (DAIG, Bochum) has acquired roughly 3,400 flats. The vendor is the Dutch financial investor Nawon. The flats are predominantly located in North Rhine-Westphalia (Aachen, Bonn, Eschweiler, Grevenbroich) and were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s. The portfolio has a gross residential area of 230,000m².
