Erkin Köksal to be Named New Managing Director of Deutsche Annington Süd-West GmbH

Bochum, September 27th 2007 – Erkin Köksal (39) will be the new Managing Director of Deutsche Annington Süd-West GmbH as of October 1st. In doing so, he is replacing Thomas Schlüß, who had temporarily assumed this post for the past seven months.

Köksal had previously been a member of the executive management at the Roland Ernst company. His last position was as Founder and CEO at RED Real Estate Development GmbH for the past eight years. “With Erkin Köksal, we were able to obtain an established expert for the position as Managing Director for the regional subsidiary, Deutsche Annington Süd-West GmbH. We are confident that we will be able to benefit from his well-grounded experiences in the property business,” stated Wijnand Donkers, CEO of DAIG.
