Last year, Deutsche Annington Immobilien GmbH successfully implemented the most comprehensive change project in the history of the German housing industry. At the same time, we had a good year economically speaking. The motto of the Annual Report "Thinking ahead and acting!" picks up on our motive for the implemented measures: The demands placed on the housing industry are changing – and thus also the demands placed on us as the largest private-sector housing company in Germany. The 2009 Annual Report provides an overview of the developments and an insight into the figures.
