An overview of the Deutsche Annington Immobilien Group
As of the 1st of January, 2006, Deutsche Annington has uniformly operated under the Deutsche Annington Immobilien Group name. The group, consisting of seven regional subsidiaries – is supported by the Deutsche Annington Service GmbH, the Deutsche Annington Verwaltungs GmbH and the Deutsche Annington Informationssysteme GmbH. The company is directed by the Deutsche Annington Immobilien GmbH.
The seven regional subsidiaries are completely concentrated on the local, residential housing markets, the maintenance of the portfolio and customer care through a multitude of customer centres and service offices. In doing so, each of them benefits from the concentration of key operational functions, the use of synergies and the generation of expertise in the holding company. This increases the group’s efficiency and strategic and operative innovations can be implemented sooner, which is in the customers’ best interest. With additional sales, new residential housing portfolios can quickly be integrated.
