Business Model

Leading in the letting, sale and management of residential housing

The Deutsche Annington Immobilien Group’s subsidiaries offer affordable housing for wide strata of society. In addition, we develop new services and achieve a long-lasting bond with customers through contemporary, social management.

With our purchases, we are in line with our strategic business model, which integrates residential housing portfolios which are most suitable for privatisation into our portfolio, in order to efficiently manage them and, in compliance with the legally prescribed and additionally arranged tenant protection, to offer them for sale to tenants, other owner-occupiers and capital investors. In doing so, our business model focuses on the following points:

1. The strategic purchase of residential housing portfolios

As a residential housing company oriented on the long term, we intend to expand our portfolio through additional acquisitions in the mid term.

2. Long term and value-adding management

As an authoritative lessor with an attractive selection, we provide first-class service for our tenants.

3. Socially responsible privatisation, predominantly to tenants

As a socially responsible company, we offer property ownership to wide strata of society at affordable prices. Through our voluntary commitment, we provide special protective rights for tenants above and beyond what is required by law.
